Come back to campus for our annual Alumnae 领导 Luncheon to reconnect, 网络, and celebrate the achievements of women. More than 65 percent of current Carroll students are women and many women serve in leadership positions at the university, including our president, Dr. 辛迪Gnadinger.

Our Keynote speaker, alumna Latoya Conners Gray ’99, is a Global Operations and Technology leader. Her position at Grainger is Global Director of Customer Financial Services - Credit/Fraud. Latoya dynamically leads teams that build agile and relevant business and technology solutions that are strategic, 创新, and results oriented. She drives clarity and decision making in highly cross functional and matrixed organizations with complex organizational challenges. Latoya passionately leads diverse, high performing teams and is an influential mentor and coach. Her keynote will be on "Our Seat at the Table Holds Honor and Opportunity."

Prior to Grainger, Latoya worked for a large retail organization and had a successful career in management consulting.

While a student at Carroll University, Latoya was actively involved in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, 学生参议院, the College Activities Board (CAB), Beta Beta Beta, 学生会, 女性的合唱, and the Black Student Union (BSU). She was also Homecoming Queen. Latoya recognized the importance of the opportunities to travel abroad offered at Carroll and extended her educational experience through the NCEP program to travel to Kenya, 危地马拉, 哥斯达黎加, 洪都拉斯, 和萨尔瓦多. She was the recipient of the prestigious Senior Award and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biology and Public Administration.

Following her successful tenure at Carroll, Latoya attended Carnegie Mellon University majoring in Public Policy. In the spring of 2001, Latoya graduated from the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy with her Master of Science in Public Policy and Management. While at Carnegie Mellon, she earned scholarships, fellowships, and many awards.

In 2007, Latoya was honored with the 研究生 of the Last Decade (G.O.L.D.) award and has stayed connected to Carroll as a past 校友理事会 Member and Reunion Committee Member. She serves on the Board of Advisors for Salem Media Group; V P, Moms of Multiples – Northshore Chapter; is owner of LatoyaConnersGray, LLC; and is a mentor to young professionals.

Latoya is a passionate and motivational leader with a high level of commitment and integrity. Outside of work she is a wife and mother, enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading. She is a highly engaging speaker on topics which include diversity & inclusion, faith, and leadership. In her commitment to her community and church, Latoya actively serves the underprivileged and is a voice for those that have none.
